Hiya lovelies! Hope you're alright and enjoying your bank holiday :)
A while ago the lovely Sharna from The Perks Of Being Sharna started a series on her blog called 'A Soap And Glory Sunday'. I've been following her blog for what feels like ages now and it's still one of my favourites so make sure you take a peek and give her a follow! As I really loved the idea of doing a series on my favourite S&G products [basically all of their products aha] I thought I'd nick her idea. I obviously asked if she's okay with that and she said yes, yay :)
So the first product I'm going to review for you guys today is my skincare saviour, the For Daily Youth 6-in-1 moisture lotion. I don't think that I've done a review of a skincare product before so please be aware that what works for me may not work for you! My skin is quite dry with the occasional breakout so I'm having bad skin days quite often. Whenever I feel like my skin needs a bit of TLC I apply one pump of this right before I go to sleep and can be sure to wake up to plump, moisturised and amazing looking skin. I'm not sure how Soap&Glory always manage to make their products do what they say on the tin as I'm yet to find a product that doesn't work wonders for me! The light pink lotion does feel slightly sticky and runny on application but sinks in quickly. It also smells adorable, can't put my finger on what it smells like exactly but it reminds me of Johnson's baby cream my mum used on me when I was little, so it's not your typical Soap&Glory scent. Although I love using this in the evening I wouldn't necessarily recommend using this in the morning as it does leave your skin slightly shiny due to the essential oils it contains. Apart from working wonders for my skin, I also love the packaging, it comes with a pump for mess-free application which looks lovely on my dressing table. This moisturiser is a very reasonable £12 in Boots and I always make sure to stock up when their skincare is on 3 for 2 [it actually is at the moment] so if you fancy giving this a go you should pop down to your local Boots! :)
Have you tried For Daily Youth? What's your favourite moisturiser?
