H&M Cosmetics

Hello lovelies! Hope you're all fine :)

I'm overwhelmed by the kind feedback you lovely lot gave me recently, thanks so much for taking the time to read&comment on my blog!

Today I want to start a new series called Quicktips. You might have seen similar ones on other blogs already, it's basically like a quick review, something current [and hopefully still available!] I really want to share with you that doesn't need a full review.
I'm planning to start different series in the future such as 'Mani Monday' inspired by Essie, where I'll show nail designs and 'Empties' which seems to be very popular around the blogosphere lately so let me know if you'd be interested!

Whilst strolling through H&M about a week ago I've found two little gems in their beauty department which I couldn't resist buying and I'm already keeping my eyes peeled for additional items from the range! I know I'm never even going to finish these two and it's safe to say I'm addicted, so what!

Body Splash & Lip Balm £2.99/€3.95 each
Aren't they just adorable? I was drawn to the packaging before anything else so it's just a bonus the products themselve are lovely as well! Haven't been keen on H&M cosmetics previously I guess that's because the colourful packaging has never been my cuppa but I can't stop oohing and aahing over these!

The Body Splash is labelled English Garden and even if I didn't know how to describe the scent of an English garden before, this comes close! It's a subtle, floral scent without the sickening sweetness of many scents out there which I usually like but I just think the name emphasises the scent perfectly well. The big bow tied around the bottleneck can be removed but why would anyone want to do that? It's so posh!

Seriously, I can't stop staring at it.. This is the most beautiful lipbalm tin I own, maybe besides an Oilily vintage tin but oh my! The metallic pink lid with its bunny sticker, the vintage label on the sturdy plastic tin everything is oh so cute to look at. I couldn't decide between this scent and the other two scents available [tea&mint chocolates and toffee&tea] so my best friend had to pick one. Ye we all know I'm going to grab the other two as well, so there was no point in that. The scent she picked is Pink Macaroon and it smells good enough to eat! It doesn't linger that long once applied though but it leaves a strong sheen on your lips. It's certainly no remedy for dry or chapped lips but helps protect them, think coloured Vaseline. I'm in love with this little pot and can't stop raving so if you should spot this in H&M make sure you pick it up as well! Even if it's just to place it on your drawer.

Do you own these as well? What do you think of H&M cosmetics? Anything else I should try?
