New Revlon Lip Butter Shades!

Hiya lovelies!

Believe it or not, for once I'm not the last person to jump on the bandwagon. Not that that's important to me, I'm not rich nor do I feel the need to buy every single hyped product right away [now that was a lie, I do haha]. This time I couldn't resist though and I've managed to get myself three out of four new lip butter shades Revlon released earlier this month.

The shades I picked up are Juicy Papaya, Sorbet and Wild Watermelon, I gave the palest shade Pink Lemonade a miss as I already own Strawberry Shortcake which is a pale pink as well. I'm not sure whether I've already raved about the lip butters on my blog but boy do I love them! I adore everything about them, the colour pay off, the way they feel on your lips, the scent, the packaging, the colour range.. I could go on but you get my drift.
Now a lot of people think it's just an overpriced tinted lipbalm, to me it's more than that as it actually makes my dry, cracked lips look quite nice and I'd happily pay £7.99 for one of those anytime! In case you haven't tried them yet, they do contain less product than your average lipstick which might be a downside to some of you as well. However personally, I don't mind as I hardly ever finish lip products anyway.
The staying power of these is obviously not as great as with lipstick due to their balmy consistency but I found the brighter shades [Sorbet and Wild Watermelon] to leave a nice stain on your lips even after the glossy layer has worn off, which is a bonus in my book.

Each of these shades are perfect spring/summer colours and I can see me wearing these every single day come summer!

What do you think about the new shades? Have you tried any of them yet?
