Berlin - What's in My Travel makeup Bag & Mini Haul

Hiya lovelies!
As you might know by now I've been to Berlin for a week earlier this month. We stayed with my boyfriends grandparents who live just outside Berlin which was great because they obviously showed us around plus we didn't have to book a hotel. On this occasion I thought it might be fun to do a 'what's in my travel makeup bag' post. You probably do these kind of posts before you go on holiday but it just didn't occur to me before. I'll also show you the few things I bought whilst I was there, I could of spent an insane amount of money but I've been a good [skint] girl and only bought four things. Hope you enjoy this post!

I took my beloved Cheshire Cat vanity case with me for skincare, haircare etc. Instead of rambling on I'll just list the products I took with me and if you have any questions feel free to post them in the comments. Personally I love just having a nosey at people's makeup bags.

bebe more foaming cleanser, Soap&Glory No Clogs Allowed, The Body Shop cucumber toner, Soap&Glory For Daily Youth moisturiser, Garnier moisturiser, Clarins Hydra Quench sample, cotton wool pads, Taylor Swift Wonderstruck, Tangle Teezer, Treacle Moon shower gel, Kerastase shampoo&conditioner, OPI Nail Envy, OPI RapiDry, nail varnish, body moisturiser sachets, razor

I also took a seperate Soap&Glory case with me for makeup because you never know when you might need those 384 lipsticks..

Rimmel Wake Me Up foundation, Rimmel Stay Matte powder, Collection concealer, MUA bronzer&highlighter, Sleek blushers in Mirrored Pink&Rose Gold, MAC paint pot, UD Naked Basics, MAC Espresso eyeshadow, Artdeco All In One mascara, RealTechniques&Kiko brushes, Topshop lipsticks in Macaroon, Whimsical and Ohh La La, MAC lipsticks in Coral Bliss and Sunny Seoul, Maybelline lipstick in Shocking Coral, MUA lipstick #1, YSL Rouge Volupte in Peach Passion and Impetious Beige

Of course I didn't need all of the lipsticks but you know I like having a choice. That's why I bought another MAC lipstick whilst I was there! I've had my eye on the shade Bombshell, a beautiful pink frost shade. I love that the MAC frost formula doesn't look like you're stuck in the 90s, it just gives a nice pearlescent finish. They also stocked the complete RiRi hearts MAC collection which I loved the packaging of, but none of the actual products really caught my eye.

Whilst we were there we also made a trip to Poland which is quite close to Berlin and I got a dupe of Marc Jacobs' Dot. This was only about £7 and it smells exactly like the original fragrance! They stocked loads of dupes of well known fragrances but I'm not really a fan of cheap perfumes so I just got this one to see how it compares.

When we got back to Berlin I had a mooch around TK Maxx where I spotted this lovely watch by Pauls Boutique. To be honest the packaging caught my eye before the watch did, I'm a sucker for gorgeous packaging. I really like the watch as well though haha. My boyfriend also got me the cutest magazine which is called Daphne's Diary. It's full of DIY tips and tricks, recipes, and pretty pictures. I can't put it down, it has the cutest vintage design!

All in all I had a jolly good time over there, we've seen loads of interesting places and buildings and it was lovely getting to know my boyfriend's grandparents.

Have you ever been to Berlin?
