Hiya babes! So as you may have noticed, I failed massivley at the blog every day in may challenge. It seemed like a great idea first but I just can't fit blogging into my daily schedule. So I thought instead of making blogging a chore, I'll just carry on with my usual beauty reviews. I still need to realise that nothing bad is going to happen if I don't post for a week, all too often I find myself stressing out about not having any scheduled posts which is ridiculous! Blogging is just my hobby after all.
So on to the review! My siblings treated me to loads of lovely little suprises for my birthday last week, I'm even going to write one of those cringey 'what I got for my birthday' posts soon for all of you who are just as nosey as I am tehe. Anyway, one of these lovely gifts was the L'oreal Rouge Caresse lipstick in the shade 301 Dating Coral and boy am I impressed with this! This is honestly one of the most amazing lipsticks I've ever tried, it's creamy, moisturising, really long lasting and the colour is just gorgeous. It also smells really nice, kind of fruity and doesn't bleed or cling to dry patches at all. It also doesn't make my lips feel dry at the end of the day and it just fades nicely which is another bonus. There are currently twelve shades to chose from which doesn't seem like a lot but I'm sure there's a shade to suit everyone's taste. I honestly have nothing bad to say about it and already have my eye on a few more shades. They're currently on offer at Boots [2 for £15, or 3 for 2 at Superdrug] which might seem a bit steep but they're worth it! Ha see what I did there? I could go on and on about how lovely they apply and how amazing they feel on the lips but that'd probably make me sound like a loon so I'll leave you with that for now!
Have you tried the Rouge Caresse lipsticks yet? What's your favourite shade?
