June Favourites

Hiya lovelies :)

As if it's july already! Time flies doesn't it. I thought I'd share last month's favourites with you today as I absolutely love reading these kind of posts myself.

Before I start I just wanted to say a big thank you to Nuala, who runs Dolled Up London and who published the loveliest post yesterday! You can check it out here [if you don't follow her already make sure you head over now, her blog is one of my faves!] We've done a little swap the other week after Nuala told me she wanted the MAC lipstick I bought recently but couldn't get her hands on it. So I got it for her and she sent over some amazing goodies as well! One of them was the Soap&Glory For Daily Youth moisturiser which I reviewed here but I'm running low so she got me a new one. I've decided to review the other items seperately, so keep your eyes peeled for that! Anyway, her post made me day, she's honestly one of the nicest people I've ever talked to and I'm glad I got to know her. She's also half German just like me, not sure why this excites me so much but it does. Thank you so much again lovely, really appreciate everything :)

Now onto my favourites! I obviously had to include the For Daily Youth moisturiser as well as another Soap&Glory product which I shall review this sunday. My skin has been looking horrible lately, which is where the Scrub Your Nose In It peeling came in handy. It doubles up as a mask and truly is a lifesaver when I get the occasional spots around my chin.

The Barry M Gelly Hi Shine polishes have been around for quite some time now and every beauty blogger went gaga for them. I'm no exception, I love the formula and they last ages on my nails. Most of the shades are really lovely but Greenberry is by far my favourite, I'd even go so far as to say it's one of my favourite shades ever and that is saying something! Another product that comes in a wide range of shades and never failed to amaze me are the Revlon lip butters. Last month I've particularly been loving Pink Lemonade which is a pale peachy pink, one of the four new shades Revlon released for summer.

If you have read my birthday post you'll know my mum got me the Taylor Swift Wonderstruck fragrance which smells incredible, quite sweet and fruity. The holographic bottle is super cute as well. The Urban Decay Naked Basics palette was a birthday gift off my nan and I've been using it every single day since I received it, it's so versatile and great if you're wearing bold lipsticks on a daily basis as it tones everything down a bit.

The Real Techniques Expert Face Brush and Sleek Candy Collection blusher palette were last month's payday treats. Don't judge me, we all need a little treat every now and then haha. I've been loving both lately, the expert face brush is great for buffing in both foundation and concealer, I might even prefer this to my buffing brush by now! Although I wouldn't want to miss either of them, got to love Real Techniques! I'm going to review the Sleek palette soon, I love that it contains a cream blush and two powder blushers and the quality is amazing as always. The last item is actually an all year round favourite, it's the Rimmel Stay Matte powder. It's such a bargain and does exactly what it says on the tin, I don't even have to touch up during the day! As you can read here, it's a staple in my makeup bag.

So these are the products I've been loving lately, hope you enjoyed this post! Make sure to leave the links to your monthly favourites posts in the comments below :)
