Korres Guava Lip Butter Review

Hiya dolls! Hope you had a lovely weekend!

Today I'm going to talk about a product which is probably one of the most hyped lip products in the #bbloggers community. I'm constantly on the hunt for a lipbalm to comfort my dry lips, cue Korres lip butter. Loads of bloggers recommended this to me in previous chats on Twitter so when HQHair had a half price offer going on a couple of weeks ago I snapped one up for about £4 [RRP £8] to see if it's worth the hype. I went for guava, which is the clear/milky shade but there are five other shades available all of which are tinted.

First of all, this smells amazing, kind of tropical but really subtle and not artificial at all which I quite like. I also adore the packaging, it comes in a little cardboard box and the lids are different colours to match the scents. The consistency is different from any other lip salve I've tried before. It's really smooth and creamy but waxy [in a good way!] at the same time if that makes any sense. This really does make my lips feel and look moisturised and healthy for once! I always apply this before I apply my makeup in the mornings so my lipstick doesn't cling to dry patches and it works a treat. It also lasts a fair while before I need to reapply. I'm completely hooked and would definitely repurchase but seeing as a tiny bit goes a long way this won't be anytime soon. I'd really recommend this little gem if you have dry lips like me, I haven't used any other lip balm since I got this! Definitely one of my favourite lip balms out there if not my favourite.

Have you tried the Korres lip butters? What's your favourite shade/scent?
