Top 5 Tuesday - A/W Fragrances

Hiya lovelies!

I thought I'd include a new feature on my blog which is called 'Top 3/5 Tuesday' depending on which product category I'm talking about. Today's top five will be my favourite autumn/winter scents, I can't just choose three! Do you like to change your scents according to the season, or do you have one signature scent which you wear all year round? Do let me know in the comments below!
Once summer is over I tend to change from sweet and fruity scents to heavier, woody/musky kind of scents. My top five picks are the following:

DKNY - Delicious Night: I'm not sure this post was a good idea as I'm terrible at describing scents. To me it smells a lot like blackcurrant. It's quite an unusual scent which I loved when I got it a few years ago, now I'm not as keen on it as I used to be but I still like it enough to include it in this post.
Top notes: frosted pomelo, ginger, blackberry, pink freesia, martini
Middle notes: night orchid, pink jasmine, pink iris
Base notes: amber, frankincense, myrrh extract, patchouli, vetiver

Diesel - Fuel For Life Femme: This is one of my favourite scents ever! I've been wearing this every single day when I was still in school [which is four years ago now, omg] and I'm still loving it. I've never actually managed to repurchase it though as I have loads of scents I need to use up but writing this post reminded me how much I loved this!
Top notes: fresh mandarin, pink pepper
Middle notes: jasmine, blackcurrant
Base notes: musk, patchouli

Hollister - California: I've bought this in Westfield in 2010, the year Hollister discontinued this fragrance. This is another unusual scent which definitely contains vanilla and god knows what else, I couldn't find any of the notes online unfortunately. Since I won't be able to repurchase this scent I'll have to have a look at their other scents as evey single one of them smells great, I just can't decide which one to go for!

Kate Moss - Velvet Hour: I don't usually buy celeb fragrances but this one smells so lovely. I've worn this when I met my boyfriend in 2009 [soppy alert!] sometimes I love how certain scents are linked to memories. I think this has been discontinued as well which is a shame.
Top notes: black pepper, freesia, cashmere, frankincense
Middle notes: patchouli, nutmeg
Base notes: sandalwood, amber, ebon wood

ChloƩ - ChloƩ: This has to be my signature scent. It's literally the perfect scent and one I wear regardless of season. I love the vintage bottle with it's cute bow on top! I've had this for years and use this quite sparingly as it's more on the expensive side but I'd always repurchase this.
Top notes: peony, freesia, lychee
Middle notes: rose, lily-of-the-valley, magnolia
Base notes: amber, Virginia cedar

So these were my top fragrance picks for the upcoming season! I really hope you enjoyed this post.

Let me know your favourite fragrances in the comments!
