So I kind of got stuck with my post about the Tanya Burr lip glosses recently, I didn't really know what I was going to write, and how I wanted to put it. Has that ever happened to you? It's not exactly bloggers block, it's more a loss of words I guess. Still very annoying though. That's when I started writing today's review. I can't be the only one finding some reviews harder to write than others?
If you're following me on Instagram you'll have seen I've ordered two Sleek blush by 3 palettes earlier this month. They are the Californ.I.A and Pink Lemonade palettes from the ever so gorgeous Garden Of Eden collection. I don't think I've seen a Sleek collection as stunning as this before and will have to get my mitts on the eyeshadow palette as well. But we're talking blusher today so here we go.
First of all, I love the names of these! How cute are they? The Californ.I.A palette contains three cream blushers called Newport Peach, The Surf and OC, and it's a corally-orange toned palette. The Pink Lemonade palette comes with two powder blushers and a cream blusher, the shades are called Icing Sugar, Macaroon and Pink Mint. I thought I'd give you a quick overview of each shade:
Californ.I.A
Newport Peach - the most perfect peachy pink which I think would suit most skin tones. This one is slightly shimmery, which is quite unusual for a cream blush, isn't it?
The Surf - a very light and shimmery apricot shade, this works best on pale skin tones or as a highlighter on darker skin tones.
OC - I'd say this is a true coral shade, perfect for the summer months (as are all of them really). This one is a matte shade.
Pink Lemonade
Icing Sugar - a medium pink with golden flecks of glitter. Definitely one to wear on a night out!
Macaroon - a matte bubblegum cream blush which again, would suit most skin tones.
Pink Mint - a medium to deep pink with a hint of coral, which has just the right amount of shimmer to it.

I've reviewed a couple of Sleek blushers in the past, here and here if you fancy a read, and my opinion on them hasn't changed. To me, these are the best blushers of all time, their pigmentation is amazing, the shade range is huge and they contain just the right amount of shimmer. I also love the tiny but sturdy packaging, they are great for travelling as they come with a good sized mirror. They're easy to blend as long as you use a light hand, especially if you're very pale. All of their shades are quite unique, although Icing Sugar is similar to Mirrored Pink, they look alike in the pan but this changes completely once applied. There's nothing I don't like about these blushers and I think they're going to be perfect for the spring and summer time. To top it all off they are a bargainous £4.49/£9.99 in Boots and Superdrug. What are you waiting for?
love sleek products!
