Tag - If all my makeup disappeared

Hiya lovelies!

A few months ago I spotted a fun tag on Georgina's blog Live Love Lipstick. It's one of my favourite reads, so if you're not following her yet, stop what you're doing and follow her now! Done? Good. As the title of this post suggests the tag is called 'If all my makeup disappeared'. Just imagine! That'd be a complete nightmare but assuming you were allowed to repurchase just ten things, what would you choose and why? So let's get started.

1. MAC Mineralize Satinfinish foundation: this is one of my favourite foundations ever. No matter how bad my skin looks this little gem always makes it look perfect. It has medium coverage but feels really light whilst covering any imperfections. It also has SPF15 in it which is always a bonus. I wouldn't want to be without it!

2. Collection 2000 Lasting Perfection concealer: I'm not going into too much detail here because this is a staple in ever beauty bloggers makeup bag unless they're living under a rock. Amazing coverage, doesn't cake or crease and lasts all day. The best bit about it is the £4.19 price tag! You know I don't like the expression but this truly is my Holy Grail of concealers.

3. Rimmel Stay Matte powder: another hyped product which I think deserves every praise it gets. This lasts so much longer than any other powder I've tried [although I've recently heard great things about the S&G powder which I really want to try now]. It never looks cakey and really sets my makeup, I hardly need to touch up during the day!

4. Sleek Sweet Cheeks by 3: this is a bit of a cheat as it technically holds three blushers but seeing as it's a palette.. I like a bit of variety when it comes to blushers and this palette contains a light bubblegum pink powder blush, a full on fuchsia cream colour and the brightest, almost neon pink with a hint of coral, making it quite versatile.

5. MAC Paint Pot: I use this every single day and raved about it countless times. It makes my eye makeup stay put until I take it off, it's literally the best primer/cream eyeshadow I've ever had. You can also use this on its own if you're feeling lazy and it's is definitely another HG product for me.

6. UD Naked Basics palette: I use this to fill in my brows with faint plus you can create numerous eye makeup looks from neutral to smokey eyes. I also love that it comes with a shimmery shade to highlight your browbone and the inner corners of your eyes. They are really pigmented and blend like a dream, so I'd have to repurchase this as well.

7. Essence Get Big Lashes mascara: since Essence is finally available in selected Wilkos I no longer feel bad for recommending this mascara to you. Well actually I do because they've discontinued it but the waterproof version should still be available plus another two from the same range. This beats any Chanel and Dior mascara I've tried and it's an absolute bargain at £2. It curls, lenghtens and volumises my lashes and still looks freshly applied in the evening. This is seriously the best mascara ever!

8. Real Techniques Travel Essentials: since I never use my hands to apply makeup I'd need to repurchase a decent brush set. This one comes with a multi-task face brush, a foundation brush and the domed shadow brush. This handy little collection would pretty much cover all of my brush-needs.

9. MAC Sunny Seoul lipstick: as a daytime lipcolour Sunny Seoul is the most perfect pink shade. It has a pearly finish and would look lovely on its own or paired with a smokey eye. As most MAC lipsticks this feels amazing on my lips, it doesn't dry them out and lasts quite well.

10. Rimmel Kate Moss lipstick #107: in case I fancied something a bit more dramatic I'd go for this lipstick. It's a deep berry colour which makes my teeth look super white! It's not as dark as it looks in the bullet though. I absolutely love the Kate Moss lipsticks, the formula is amazing, they're really pigmented and feel lovely on your lips. They also smell delicious and keep your lips moisturised. What's not to love?

So these are the ten products I'd repurchase if all my makeup disappeared. I hope you enjoyed reading this post and if you're doing this tag, do let me know in the comments below!

Would you repurchase any of these, too? Which products would you choose?
